Our Project
The purpose of this project is to get houses on a particular line from the Fittleworth Exchange to be connected with fibre to each property (FTTP). The cost of the infrastructure upgrade is to be paid for by Openreach with help from the Government's Rural Gigabit Voucher scheme (£1,500 for each participating residential property) and a similar scheme run by West Sussex County Council (worth £2,500 per residential property)

The new FTTP connection to each house will allow internet speeds up to 1,000mb/s (1Gb/s). This compares with speeds as low as 2Mb/s on the current copper wire connection. The new FTTP will also be much more reliable.
